Matt Quinney purchased Hudson House Apartments in 2016, Beverly Terrace Apartments in 2017, and Central School Apartments in 2023.

Matt lives in Plainfield, IN, with his wife, Sara and children, Chris and Katie.  He spends several days a week in Anderson, personally overseeing the operation and maintenance of all three apartment complexes.
